社會責任政策
Dear Valued Suppliers,
致尊貴的供應商

We , are committed to ensure that the working conditions in our supply chain are safe and our employees are treated with respect and dignity. We shall continuously improve our working conditions in these areas in adherence to the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct(EICC).
我們公司承諾提供的工作環境是安全的,我們的職員受到尊重和尊嚴的對待,我們將不斷改善我們的工作條件,并遵守電子行業行為規則(EICC)

Our Labour and Ethics Policy was developed form a review of global best practices and acknowledged standards. The key selection of the Labour and Ethics Policy are drawn from the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct(EICC)
我們的勞工及道德規范評估了全球最好的實際承認的標準。勞工及道德規范主要選擇從電子行業行為準則(EICC)繪制。

  Our suppliers, consultants and independent contractors shall comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the countries in which it operates.
我們的供應商,顧問和合同工均應當遵守法律,法規和經營所在國的法規。

LABOUR POLICY
勞工政策
  We are committed to uphold the human rights of our employees, and to treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community.
我們維護員工的人權,并尊重和尊嚴的對待他們。
1) Freely Chosen Employment
自由選擇職業
We shall not use forced, bonded or indentured labour or involuntary prison labour.
我們不得使用強迫,抵債或契約勞工或非自愿的監獄勞工。
2) Child Labour Avoidance

We shall not employ any person under the legal minimum age to work in any stage of our manufacturing. The use of legitimate workplace apprenticeship programs, which comply with all laws and regulations, is supported.

3) Working Hours

We shall comply with all required limitations on working hours and time off as defined by local laws.

4) Wages and Benefits
工資與福利
We shall compensate our employees at least the minimum legal wage, and where no wage law exists, the local industry standard wages, and shall provide legally mandated benefits.
   我們應賠償我們的員工的最低法定工資,沒有違反工資法規,依照當地標準支付加班工資,并提供合法的福利。
5) Humane Treatment
人道的待遇
We shall ensure there is to be no harsh and inhumane treatment, including any sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of our employees: nor is there to be the threat of any such treatment.
我們不得殘暴和不人道的對待員工, 包括性騷擾,性虐待,體罰,精神或身體壓迫或口頭辱罵,也不得威脅進行此類行為。
6) Non-Discrimination
   不歧視
We shall employ employees based on their skills and personality characteristic, but not based on race, religion or gender.

7) Freedom of Association

We shall recognize and respect the rights of our employees to associate freely in accordance with the local laws.

 We are committed to uphold the highest standards of ethics with the compliance to the local laws, rules and regulations when dealing with our employees, suppliers and customers.
我們承諾與雇員,供應商和客戶打交道時履行最高的道德標準,遵守當地的法律,法規和規章。

Business Integrity
經營誠信
We shall ensure all our business interactions are up to the highest standards of integrity. We shall prohibit any all forms of corruption, extortion and embezzlement.
我們會確保我們所有的業務往來都遵循最高的誠信標準, 禁止貪污,敲詐挪用公款。
1) No Improper Advantage
無不當利益
We shall not offer or accept bribes or other means of obtaining undue or improper advantage.
我們不得提供或接受賄賂或者獲取不當或不當利用其他手段。
2) Disclosure of Information
信息公開
We shall only disclose information regarding business activities, structure, financial situation and performance in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry practices.
我們依照適用的法規和主要的行業慣例公開有關的商業活動,組織結構,財務狀況和績效的信息。
3) Intellectual Property
知識產權
We shall respect and protect the intellectual property rights; customers information’ and transfer of technology and know-how.

4) Fair Business, Advertising and Competition

We shall uphold fair business standards in advertising, sales and competition.
我們應制定公平交易,廣告和競爭的商業標準。
5) Protection of Identity Programs
身份保密
We shall ensure the protection and confidentiality of our supplier and employee whistleblower is maintained and shall prohibit retaliation against the employees who participate in such programs in good faith.
我們應確保供應商和雇員的機密性,維護檢舉者的權力,并禁止報復誰參加這類節目真誠的雇員。

ENVIRONMENT OCCUPATION HEALTH AND SAFETY AND POLICY
環境職業健康安全政策
Safe health working environment ; full emergency preparedness; and Pollution Prevention and Resource Reduction; Discharge of waste gas, wastewater and disposal of solid waste
安全健康的工作環境,充分的應急準備;預防污染和節約能源,廢水,廢氣的排放,固體廢棄物處理排放。

in its sole discretion, reserves the right to review audit results and may opt to suspend or terminate its relationship with a supplier, cancel a purchase order, return or revoke acceptance of affected goods and/or require that corrective action be taken if a supplier or facility is found to be out of compliance with applicable laws or our polices, or if a supplier fails to cooperate in any inspection. The supplier shall be liable for all related damages incurred by PDE, including lost profits. As a direct supplier to PDE, we ask that you acknowledge your understanding of and compliance with our policy by executing and returning this document.
有限公司有權利審核,選擇和終止其與供應商的關系,取消采購訂單,退回或撤消已經接受受影響的產品/或要求,如果供應商采取的糾正行動或設施被發現不符合適用的法律法規或我司的政策,或審核的結果是失效的,供應商應有職責賠償東莞柏獅精密電子有限公司所有相關的損害賠償,包括利潤損失。作為東莞柏獅精密電子有限公司的直接供應商,我們需要你們承認和明白我們的政策并執行,并回復此文件。
